During the fourth quarter of 2022, the top music and audio apps in Latvia showcased varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and revenue. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts experienced a consistent yet modest revenue stream throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue started at $101 in late September and saw a low of $14 in mid-November, before closing the year at $48. Downloads for the app remained relatively stable, fluctuating between approximately 1.4K and 2.4K weekly, peaking at the end of November with 2.4K downloads.

Shazam: Find Music & Concerts maintained a steady revenue pattern with weekly earnings hovering around $7 to $10. Downloads ranged from 999 to 1.3K weekly, with a notable increase to 1.3K during the last week of December.

Latvijas Radio did not generate any revenue during this period. However, its download numbers were noteworthy, starting at 2.1K and then dropping significantly to around 200 in early November. The app saw a small rise towards the end of the quarter, reaching 247 downloads in mid-December.

Drum Pad Machine - beat maker displayed fluctuating revenue with peaks of $64 in mid-November and $47 in the final week of December. Weekly downloads were mostly stable, ranging between 447 and 798, with the highest count in mid-November.
